• Collaboration at implementing new products starting from preproduction to serial production;
• Planning and introducing single components for the projects;
• Guarantee availability single components for RUNs, pre-series;
• Tracking and forcing project deadlines during the phases;
• Organize tool relocations;
• Tracking for implementing tools in series production and handover to production;
• Cooperation with tool engineers and painting experts;
• Logistics planning (concept, packaging);
• Drafting of specification sheets for production means processes tools;
• Setting and assessment of production times for production processes;
• Calculation of costs for new single components and amortization costs;
• Definition of product requirements for a successful implementation in series production series;
• Maintenance of SAP data regarding work plans, BOM and product specification.
• University degree in a technical field;
• Experience in production planning and supervision;
• Knowledge of production processes, injection molding, stamping;
• At least 1 year experience in the automotive field;
• Ability to work in a global team;
• Very good communication and organization skills;
• Initiative;
• Proficiency in English;
• German language skills represent an advantage.
