Trenkwalder and his client, a global manufacturer of plastic machinery, is looking for a full-time Quality Engineer to represent its lines of energy chains and plastic bearings in Romania.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
• Build up and run the Quality Management System, supported from Gema St. Gallen, ends with ISO 9001-2012 certification;
• Measure and reports "Cost of Quality";
• Make proposals for the Quality improvements;
• Make sure that all processes are visualized, process owners are determined and measuring points are defined and put in practise;
• Analyze the conformity of the process and the products, optimize the Quality Management System of the company;
• Defines together with the Plant Manager the KPI of production;
• Plans the verification and control of the product and the process;
• Decides about the non conforming products resulted from production and suppliers;
• Performs process and product internal audits;
• Participates in the design and development of continuous improvement programms;
• Provides continuous improvement of the activities developed in production;
• Prepares working instructions specific to each equipment, and provides support to develop the operations plan;
• Defines, issues and manages the GGM Procedures Manual and the GGM Quality manual;
• Manages the Quality requests(8 D forms,Derogation,);
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
Studies: minimum – Faculty of Engineering
Experience:
• minimum – 2-3 years in quality production
• knowledge ISO – 9001, AMDEC, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D;
• Knowledge of continuous improvment tools(5S, IM, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving);
• Internal Auditor certification (advantage);
