Responsibilities:
• Managing recruiting processes, sourcing and pre-screen applicants
• Assisting Hiring Manager from the client company with defining clear job skill specifications and the appropriate sourcing strategy
• Provide regular progress updates to hiring managers throughout the process, ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, and refine recruiting strategy, as needed;
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and industry research;
• Apply recruiting strategies appropriate to each position;
• Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers.
• Ensures the identification of a sufficient number of candidates and the selection of high quality hires
• Responds to specific recruiting-related questions from candidates and clients
• Ensures data systems are updated and appropriate documentation is completed according to group’s procedures
• Maintains and continues to acquire specialized knowledge within functional field
• University degree
• Up to 1 -2 year experience in recruitment
• Experience in recruiting process, candidate sources, employment market, legal frame as related to recruitment and employment)
• Fluent English
• Problem solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to constantly changing environment, work independently and reset priorities autonomously based on business needs, ability to handle a wide variety and number of positions
• Driven License
• Excellent computer skills
