As member of our IT Team located at Sibiu you will help to improve and to support our IT Services “Business Intelligence” and “SAP Development”. This includes active work in our First Level Support as well as the adaption of existing / implementation of new BI reporting or planning solutions or adaptions within our EHP system.
Content of Tasks:
• Acquisition of the 1st-Level Support for OTRS-Tickets
• Acquisition of the awarding process for authorization, User creation and management process (SAP- BW resp. on the SAP- BW context (Business Intelligence Platform))
• Execution of programming task into the SAP-BW context (for example Start- and termination routines, transformations, planning functions, …) as well as programming tasks in other SAP modules
• Implementation of data modeling task in SAP BW (Cubing, DSO, transformation, DTP, ….)
• Report-creation / Report-customization (Query-creation, Report-construction, Analysis for MS Office, SAP Design Studio, SAP Crystal Reports and SAP Design Studio)
• Creation and management of User documentation for end user
• Preparation and management of internal documentation
• Daily System-monitoring (Process chain, Storage control, control of the SAP Business Objects Server, SAP-short Dumps, …)
• You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, performance tuning, writing technical specifications and functional design specifications
• Study of Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration;
• Basic knowledge about SAP is mandatory
• Basic programming Know-How is mandatory
• Experience in SAP ABAP
• Experience in SAP BW/BI (backend and frontend)
• Excellent spoken & written English skills
• German language skills are an advantage
