• Coordinating recruitment projects for technical specialists and management positions;
• Understand the organization's requirements and establish relationships with hiring managers in order to develop a deep understanding of their objectives, job profile and team style and to identify the best fitting candidates;
• Responsible for implementing recruitment stages: job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, short list delivery, interviews, offers;
• Involvement in designing the HR recruitment strategy and related processes;
• Maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates for various job profiles;
• Preparing reports regarding the open and closed positions, positions level, the refused offers, ecc.;
• Promoting the company's public image through the recruitment process;
• Continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
• University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics;
• Minimum 2 years of corporate or in-house recruiting experience;
• Advanced knowledge of English languages is mandatory;
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel);
• Well-versed in direct talent research, sourcing, and recruitment lifecycle management;
• Knowledge of the automotive industry community & networking represents an advantage;
• Knowledge of HR processes represents an advantage;
• Strong time management skills;
• Excelent communication skills.
