- customer service activities, namely communication with customers for their requests – queries, reported issues, feedback and follow up
- know your customer and know your business activities
- reporting, analyses of customer behavior, profile, preferences etc
- product testing
- MS Office, Smartphone, Internet and social network experience, e. g. Facebook, Twitter
- customer service experience (it's a plus)
- an extra plus, if experience in payment methods and banking tools
- excellent communication skills, team spirit, fast learner
- self-motivated, organized, detail oriented
- great troubleshooting capability
- be part of the a young team
- experience international and fast paced environment
- work in the newest field: mobile payment and with latest technologies, including thin client working stations
- participate at trainings
- bring in your creativity
- each team member will get a smartphone
- normal working time: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00, with 1 hour lunch break
Salary offered: 1400 – 1900 lei net (depending on experience level).
