Manpower is looking for a Software Tester for a company located in Sibiu.
This person will be responsible with:
- ensuring that user stories are testable, through the application of TDD and BDD principles;
- ensuring that functional software is release to the requisite level of quality and that regression of features does not occur;
- supporting the developers in understanding the necessary level of functional quality;
- conducting non-functional testing, such as Load, Performance, Usability, Platform and Security;
- testing of new functional components;
- reporting found defects and track to resolution;
- maintaining test artifacts and test documentation (RelishApp);
- facilitating security testing in collaboration with the company security team.
- studies: computer science, informatics or telecom technical background;
- basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
- experience in testing software products/services (Web applications, Webservices, Database);
- developing test strategy, test plans, test design/scenarios in an agile Scrum environment;
- understanding and having experience of test driven development (TDD) and behaviour-driven development (BDD);
- knowledge of test-automation tools including Cucumber, Gherkin;
- expernce with VMs(VMWare) and continuous integration environments(Team City);
- knowldege of SOAP UI, Database, SQL, Service-Now;
- ISTQB Certification will be a plus.
