RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for the overall planning, execution and delivery of the system engineering and SW parts of a product that meets (internal or external) customer requirements, within agreed budget, quality and timescale. Possible further technical career development to full Project Manager.
Develop and maintain System & SW Project Plan with cost, quality, risk analysis and timing throughout life of project. Achieving the agreed System & SW project objectives.
Verify the schedule from System component and SW suppliers and understand impact on overall project timing and budget. Get feedback from experts about requirement fulfillment from supplied components (e.g. Initial Supplier Inspection Report! PPAP) and from supplied SW components.
Actively manage and optimize the use of resources on project. Assigning work packages to the System and SW project team members (delegation and direction).
Coordinate and control System and SW project activities and assure that the System and SW disciplines are in line with the System and SW project plans and the overall Project Plan.
Carry out project and engineering release reporting and escalation of issues to Project Manager, BU Line Manager, Operations, Quality and Customer, as required.
Manage System and SW project change and problem resolution activity including impacts to System and SW project timing, cost and overall risks.
Tailor optional activities according to the System and SW projects needs and follow the defined processes. Ensure availability of prototypes according to overall time schedule with the requested technical functionality and maturity.
Coordinate the technical interfaces of all related disciplines and components that build the system.


CERINTE

University Degree (i.e. Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science).
Qualification in project management
Project management techniques and tools for planning, monitoring and control of projects and status reporting. Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management. Technical leadership of System and SW projects and teams.
Key competences: problem solving skills, decision-making, communication skills, negotiation, conflict management, adaptability.
