For our only Colt office in Romania,Sibiu we are looking to expand our team and urgently hire a Tech Support IP and VoIP with excellent English and French skills.

• Undertakes process gap analysis to find potential areas of improvement, enhancement and/or process re-engineering and implementing these improvements
• Enhances process efficiency and makes quality improvements through six sigma projects or other tools
• Ensure KPI delivery as per agreed SLA
• Final configuration of IP Access and IP VPN networks
• Prepare configuration templates with given data in COLT Order management Systems
• Apply configuration on Customer Routers and COLT Access Routers
• Service Activation for IP and VoIP products
• Proactively calling the technical customer contact for acceptance testing
• Do acceptance testing with customer
• Manage and coordinate related tasks assigned to other support units in Colt which involvement is needed to manage Service installation
• Maintain a clear and accurate record of events throughout order live time utilising COLT's Order Management Systems
• Provide a technical interface to customers whenever efficient Service Activation requires so
• Perform technical audits and analyse customer networks
• Provide technical concept / action plan how to proceed after analysis
• Implement config upgrades to apply latest engineering concepts
• Support bulk infrastructure changes / Provider migrations
• Create Work instructions for IP Config changes to prepare bulk changes
• Implement bulk configuration changes for Services to be migrated to new platform
• Propose / implement workaround solutions in case Bespoke solution does not work
• Implement design changes to deliver part of the Service in case some comments are delayed / do not work
• Provide technical pre-sales support
• Attend calls together with pre-sales, PM and customer at beginning of projects
- English and French excellent skills required as this role is direct support for team in Belgium
- minimum 3 years experience, ideally Telco industry background

Excellent remuneration for Romanian market for level of this role
Colt began in 1992 with funding from Fidelity Investments. Within a year we’d completed 15 km of our London network, and been granted a PTO licence so that we could offer voice and transmission services. We soon had our very first customer.
We then signed various interconnect agreements and by 1995 had completed the initial phase of our network in London’s West End. That meant we could compete for business amongst the vibrant media, advertising and broadcasting community located in that area. We won more and more customers and by 1996 Colt was floated on the London Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ. We opened for business in Frankfurt, and gained our licence to operate in France.
Our European expansion continued as we raised new capital, won many awards, and began to work in Spain, Switzerland, and deepen our presence in France and Germany.
