RESPONSABILITATI

Provides Telemarketing operational support to the BU’s; development of reporting for CCS Tele Marketing and CCS Online agents, Database management, tools and process support, local interface with Marketing and Sales teams.

To provide telemarketing services in an outbound capacity on behalf of the Internal Colt clients via email and telephone communication tools to cultivate leads from existing, dormant and new customer listings within defined marketing campaigns and activities.

To provide customer service and information provision, lead qualification and generation in compliance with the group’s Quality system and procedures set by the client.
Contact businesses or individuals by telephone in order to market sales for goods or services.

Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter details into the system.

Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.

Obtain names and telephone numbers of contact persons of potential customers.

Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.

Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial contacts.

Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.

Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.


CERINTE

Profound knowledge of English and German

Proven track record in Telemarketing or Telesales Operations

Experience of marketing and sales to SMB/SME sectors via direct and indirect channels working within the IT or telecommunications industry

Experience in working and managing cross-functional projects

Understanding of key business drivers for partners, resellers, fixed telecoms operators, and SME customers

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Analytic and strategic approach

Technical or Business related degree (desirable)
