* Improve, responsability and cycle time for customer rejects (CBS Projects)
* Analyze the rejected parts and prepare an analysis report with the steps of investigation and results
* Keeping the customer deadlines
* Issue an 8D report, for collecting the team, for moderating the teamwork and for document the problem solving process in the defined form
* Prepare customer claims statistics
* University degree in Electromechanics, Applied Electronics, Computers or relevant
* Experience in quality engineering in electronics production or other fields is a plus
* Knowledge in ISO TS 16949 specific requirements and Automotive Quality standards is required
