Description:
• The new SAP Head of Service Operations Center (SOC) for the APAC region will focus on customers in this region and ensure future growth by leveraging our client’s standardized cloud portfolio. This includes their application operation (incl. SAP Basis) for SAP and SAP HANA.
• Our client’s strengths lay with its global delivery capability for SAP services combined with its local datacenter capacity in Singapore as well as the close partnership with SAP, which is a key strength. This needs to be leveraged and introduced into the local market.
• The existing customer base today is around 10 customers, in different grades of standardization, where our client delivers SAP services in the APAC region.
• Total P&L responsibility is related for this local account.
• The focus is to ensure operational excellence for existing accounts, develop the local relationship with SAP and win new companies cross the region.
• The SOC Head will have no staff responsibilities, this lies within the control of the Global Delivery Hub, with whom the SOC Head will work closely with. He or she will be in charge of generating a local “sales-push” via his or her personal network in the APAC region.
• Business fluency in English is a must along with a spoken knowledge of a local language. German skills would be an extra add-on.
