A Process Quality Engineer is a professional who understands the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control.
This understanding of applied technologies includes, but is not limited to:
• Development and operation of quality control processes;
• Application and analysis of testing and inspection procedures;
• Forecasting necessary operations to maintain the requested quality level;
• Determine according to customer requirements the part specifications and tolerances as necessary to support cost effective production;
• Using metrology and statistical methods to diagnose and correct improper quality control practices;
• Provide engineering support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniques and prevent possible problems;
• Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources;
• Develop and submit documents for new product launches to meet customer requirements;
• Review and analyze results;
• Recommend changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up to verify effectiveness;
• Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements;
• Provides full implementation and follow up of company’s norms, procedures and work instructions regarding quality.

• Technical University Degree (electrical, mechanical, automatics, chemical engineering);
• Junior/graduate or with maximum 3 years of previous working experience;
• Knowledge of product & process specifications- theoretical level is considered too;
• Familiar with planning and prioritize tasks and respecting deadline;
• Good command of English;
• Available to work in Slatina.
