Project management tasks, such as planning, status reporting, issues and risk management.
Proven experience of project work within the Financial Services Industry, either as a consultant or within an industry institution – a combination of both of these would be ideal;
Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables;
In-depth knowledge of at least one industry functional area, e.g. Mid- and Back-office process improvement, product management, client implementation, internal strategy etc.
Solid background in at least one of the product segments in Corporate Banking or Investment Banking (e.g. Payments and Cash Management, Trade Services, Treasury, Core Lending, Equities or Fixed Income Assets) or a Market Infrastructure Provider (e.g. SWIFT or payment clearing);
Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices and supportive technologies in the Financial Services Industry;
Strong analyticalskills;
Ability to support and be active in business development activities;
Experience in managing the performance of individuals, including coaching, career development and formal project/annual appraisals;
Willigness to travel up to 100 % of the time either to work abroad from Monday to Friday or relocation for term of project.
