Perform monthly investment reconciliation for various legal entities including the maintenance of the investment sub-ledgers;
Verify and distribute monthly and quarterly investment client reports;
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual group and local investment submissions including actual, projection and plan;
Generation and submissions of accurate investment projections and full-year business plans;
Utilize the investment system as well as other various software applications, such as MS Access databases and Excel spreadsheets to prepare and review group investment reports;
Collaboration and cooperation with internal clients to respond to ad-hoc queries in a timely manner;
Coordinate, review, and analyze cash flow data to prepare accurate investment projections and full-year business plans;
Provide timely and concise information to clients, portfolio managers, IT, auditors and other asset management departments;
Assist with special projects and other areas of Operations;
Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor;
Detailed investigation of issues and find final solution with other department cooperation;
Be able to solve more complicated and unique issues;
Actively participate on project additional tasks and open to take challenges related to position;
Support junior team members with integration to team, with learning of processes, solving issues;
Learn more about work in other departments, which we are closely cooperating.
Other:
Provide cover for roles in other Investment Reporting teams;
Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time.
University degree in Economics, preferably Accounting, Finance/Banking/Investments;
Minimum 3 years finance experience;
Language skills: English fluent written and spoken;
Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point);
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking ;
Knowledge of Investment or banking systems, standard general ledger;
Team player with a strong communication skills;
Time management skills and adherence to deadlines;
Flexible and open for new tasks/challenges, willing to learn permanently;
Ability to work independently without close supervision;
Good verbal and written business communication skills.
