Responsabilites:
•Basicly you will provide IP Adress management and Operation, DNS management and Operation, Asset management and Network implementations and IMAC´s.
•You will also have to perform complex network changes involving different teams under guidance of 3rd line operation team.
•Time after time you will be given by the task to provide small change on customer´s network end-to-end: to design the change, choose devices, to implement and configure them to live network.
• Afterwords you will have to provide documentation of the change and also incodent management (troubleshooting on your change).
•Perform risk assessments and execute tests of data processing system to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
•Network size: network of EMEA Enterprise clients
•Server: Windows server 2000/2003/2008
•Minimum 2 years experience in IT operations and Network operations is mandatory
•Experience in troubleshooting a broad range of network technologies
•IP adress management knowhow
•QIP knowhow, BIND DNS and UNIX knowhow
•Cisco CCNA or H3C migration course
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Fluent English
•Strong communication skills
•C6000 Asset management knowhow is an advantage
•working schedule: EMEA working time – no shifts, 10:00 – 14:00 office hours. Benefit – home office (after probation period possibility of working from home up to 50% of the week).
