Provide technical support in a complex SAP environment
Responsible for incident / service call investigation, diagnosis, resolutions
Provide day to day operations support and on-call support 7x24 on a rotational basis
Work with other domains to establish implementation plans for changes, projects and recovery
To minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's application environment
Ensure components supported are maintained, optimized and used effectively
To achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
SAP basis administration experience R/3 or Netweaver
To identify and solve problems and incidents
To keep contact with the customer and understand the customer needs
To minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's application environment
To improve and optimize customer's application environment
To achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction
Analytical problem-solving skills
Customer and service orientation
Team player
Good communications skills
Fluent English, written and spoken
Preferred knowledge of SAP system transport management system or system monitoring
Some experience in Unix, SQL, ABAP or IP services is an advantage
German is an advantage
