9am-6pm Central European Time
Work from home position, later we may provide an office.
You will need a computer, and good internet connection. We might be able to provide a computer as well but prefer someone who has one, at least for the first several months.
Training: All necessary training for the job will be provided.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Customer support
Tech support
Functional support
Setting up software for new clients and updating clients to new versions
changing settings (account names, chart of accounts, usernames, passwords etc)
Software testing
Learning the code to possibly later help with debugging and development.
Possibly maintaining Windows server
Maintaining documentation: user manual, procedures, description of new features etc
Project management
Assisting both partners
JOB REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED:
English - perfect written and spoken
IT degree
Knowledge of Relational Databases (preferably Filemaker!!)
Windows troubleshooting
Knowledge of Functional Programming Paradigm
Familiar with Data Flow Control Language
SQL
HTML
Great attention to detail !!!
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Very organized
