US based company is looking to develop a succesful working relationship with the right web designer. We're looking for a cutting edge graphic / web designer to to be in charge of the graphic design department of this company. You must be creative, motivated, posses good communications skills, and be knowledgeable on a variety of different graphic applications. Pay is based on experience and complexity of the projects. * 3+ years experience in webgraphic design
* Knowledge of aestetics in a web environment
* Understanding usability and
* Work experience in PhotoshopIllustrator
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneuosly
* Knowledge of website usability
It would be nice, but not required:
*Flash PHP CSS HTML
