Position Description:
• Assists passengers at embarkation
• Provides a friendly and professional service to the guests in the restaurant and
buffet restaurant anticipating and fulfilling their needs
• Must be knowledgeable with the all menu items and ingredients and have
sufficient knowledge to answer guest´s questions. Goes out of his way to
promote the product to be served and has full knowledge of the overall cruise
product including activities
• Responsible to explain the menu to guests and follows all procedures to ensure
wine sales and as well proper control of the all Inclusive wines
• Responsible to follow the service procedures lay out by Restaurant Managem
Requirements: English-conversational
French- fluent
Experience: minimum 2 Years
