RESPONSABILITATI

• Bar service and supervision of service in designated lounge or service area.
• The Bartender will as well help Bar Management supervise the operation and
control stock and inventories.
• Simultaneously, he will provide excellent service to passengers and Bar Waiters.
• Ensures the bar/s is stocked to par levels according to the specified bar list.
• Follow the established routines for requisitioning of stores.
• Ensures supplies are well balanced against demand. Consideration must be
given to requisitioning dates and special passenger activities, where large
amounts of stock may be required.
