RESPONSABILITATI

• Responsible for providing friendly and efficient Room service according to
• Company's standards and set up
• Persons carrying out duties of Bellman have to be pleasantly efficient, courteous
and sincere when dealing with guests and their requests
• Helps and assists in setting up of the terminal for the embarkation procedure;
• Sets up signs, tables, wheelchairs, decoration details, flags, carpet for suites &
VIP counters and plants in terminal (if applicable) and below ship’s gangway.
• Coordinates this embarkation set up with Front Desk and ensures he is available
for any duties pertaining this if needed and required
• Delivers printed information to guests as required by the Chief Housekeeper or
