RESPONSABILITATI

Position Description:
• Greets and assists passengers at embarkation; Collects luggage from the
elevator landings and distributes it to the appropriate cabins; Follows up with
guests if all luggage has been delivered and informs Assistant Housekeeper or
Chief Housekeeper
• Upon embarkation, helps passengers familiarize with cabin facilities and safety
instructions provided in folder (such as air conditioning, location of life jackets,
muster station, emergency information, light switches, telephone numbers, use
of TV).
• Cabin steward/ Stewardess also familiarizes guests with daily programs,
various forms available in the folder, Guest Service Directory, daily activities for
the embarkation day, welcome aboard talk, excursions talk, shows, meal times...
