The Cyber Threat Intelligence Researcher will be responsible for staying abreast of and analyzing the cyber intelligence information. This role is research and analytics in principle and will report directly to the Cyber Threat Intelligence Team Lead.
Specific responsibilities include:
o Research security threats using intelligence tools
o Analyze threat information reports
o Correlate information feeds from within Accenture
o Investigate identified security threats to Accenture and our industry verticals, highlight possible impact and suggest countermeasures
o Produce well written Cyber Threat Intelligence alerts and reports
Qualification:
o 5+ years of IT security experience required (academic experience applicable)
o Risk management understanding required
o Ability to write clear and concise communications for specific target audiences required
o Interest in research of current and future cyber threat landscape required
o Ability to spot trends and make conclusions required
Nice to have:
o Research & analytics background from IT or academic environment is an advantage
o Expertise in any specific area of cyber security is an advantage
o Recognized information security certifications (CEH, CISSP, GCIH, GREM, GCIA) are an advantage
