The future employee will:
- Take full responsibilities for translations of written corporate materials (newsletters, magazines, product catalogues, fact sheets, etc.) from English – Romanian, Romanian – English by the assigned deadlines;
- Help out with the translation flows for other languages in the region;
- Ensure quality and consistency of language in all Romanian materials;
- Monitor, proofread, translate and update the company’s Romanian website;
- Coordinate and synchronize the timely dispatch of the company’s bulk e-mails;
- Create and ensure quality of written communications to the distributors in English and Romanian (e.g. Invitations, updates, local promotions, events info etc.);
- Assist in developing presentations and texts for local management;
- Create the Hungarian price list every month. Take responsibilities for pricing;
- Assist with product launches and events;
- Provide English – Romanian interpretation on occasions;
- Respond to marketing or product related e-mails coming from the Brussels Marketing Team or from the USA;
- Answer distributors’ e-mails or calls on product related questions and issues in a professional manner;
- Display an excellent knowledge of all products, services and sales aids including promotions, availability, usage and ingredient benefits. Know where to access additional information as requested;
- Display knowledge of the compensation plan and the distributor’s needs;
- Understand and be able to explain the reason behind company policies, procedures, programs and services;
- Prepare flyers in Romanian on promotions for the concept store;
- Ensure that all products are correctly in our system and on the Romanian website;
- Assist with event organization and participate in distributor and corporate events;
- Perform any other work-related assignments;
- Provide other translation or marketing related tasks as required by the Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
- Native Romanian speaker with excellence in English, flawless grammar in both languages;
- Basic computer (Microsoft Office), keyboard and typing skills required.
- Attention to details required;
- Ability to initiate projects, meet all tasks by the assigned deadline;
- Excellent written and oral communicational as well as organizational skills;
- Flexibility in handling shifting work loads;
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic;
