To coordinate the customer loyalty programmes in Romania, Bulgaria and on other markets we are looking to recruit a young, enthusiastic, goal-oriented candidate (m/f) with Romanian language skills at native speaker level for the
Marketing Project Management
After an intensive induction you will be responsible for the organisation, management and implementation of these complex customer loyalty programmes. Right from the planning phase you will be working closely alongside sales managers and clients from the different markets. You will present and explain the individual project steps, respond to individual needs and help to develop a successful programme. In the implementation phase you will take care of the entire internal and external supply chain, coordinate teams, professionally supervise the clients and ensure a high level of service. Complex data management, which you will update and further develop yourself, will help you to provide competent information about the progress of the marketing programmes, whether internal or external, at all times.
You are a winning, customer-oriented personality with precise working methods, organisational talent and an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a higher business management qualification (university or similar) and have already gained your first experience in key account management/product management/marketing (if possible) at a trade organisation or in national/international retail. You are willing to take your next career step, to build up and develop key customer relations and to approach every programme with drive and consistency and implement it in a target-oriented way. Your analytical skills, your flexibility and your project-oriented working methods as well as your willingness to gain an understanding of a complex and challenging subject, will lay the foundation stone for your future success. A high level of written and spoken Romanian and English/German, advanced Excel skills, relocation to Switzerland and a willingness to travel (approx. 30%) are the prerequisites for this position.
