He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Administering, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning of Oracle Database.
-Installation, configuration and user rights management of Oracle Databases.
-Migration of production databases to Oracle 10g.
-Assistance to developers for the design of databases, application of security procedures.
-Incident resolution, contact with the Central Help Desk.
-Certification Oracle (OCA) required.
-Experience in Oracle Real Application Cluster, Grid Enterprise Manager, OAS.
-Experience in Oracle Database with XML Database.
-Experience with Oracle Transparent Gateway.
-Knowledge of Web Services for a Java Web-based application.
-Klowledge of Java (J2EE and development tools) in relation with Oracle back-end (Hibernate, JBoss, WebLogic)
-Knowledge of Redhat Enterprise Linux Advanced Server.
-Experience with EMC Legato networker backup in relation with Oracle.
-Ability to integrate in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
