• Intensive end user interaction mainly via e-mail. Responsibility to maintain proper business behavior and adequate language (local language skills required).
• Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of request based on defined set of rules for complex requests
• Check compliance of request based on defined set of rules
• Return low quality/non compliant requests to requestor / facilitate clarification (escalate to Bratislava tactical buying in case of specific language requirement)
• PO Creation based on defined rules including amendments of freetext descriptions
• PO amendments / deletions based on assigned helpdesk requests / online changes by end user
• PO Follow-up: Follow up on late goods receipts; clarification of PO – invoice mismatches
• Create purchase orders (PO) based on pre-qualified PRs utilizing a set of defined guidelines
• Extract PO relevant information out of supplier quotations in order to complete PO (reading / writing in local language required)
• Upon client request upload updates to existing SAP contracts into the system
• Creation of new SAP contracts based on defined guidelines with standard content to be uploaded
• Analysis of received order acknowledgements; escalation to tactical buying team for issue resolution; document preparation for Archiving
• Pro-active follow-up with suppliers on missing order acknowledgements
Aptitudes (functional skills)
• Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting customers in person)
• Basic Procurement and analytical background.
Technical Skills
• Microsoft Windows Standard Software (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) : Mandatory
• SAP SRM / MM: Preferred.
Other Expectations
• Very good French reading and writing skills; average conversation skills
• Good English writing and conversation skills
• relocation to Bratislava - Slovakia needed (we are offering a relocation package as an employee benefit for foreign employees)
