This role reports to the Functional Area Manager and will contribute to the Service Delivery agenda by:
Providing IS functional expertise to the EMEA business and across global IS; representing the Finance delivery stream and related SAP FI areas;
Leading or supporting delivery of Finance and related projects to agreed time, quality and cost criteria;
Working collaboratively with our global strategic partners to deliver the IS roadmap of change and drive improvements to steady state business operations (applications support);
Providing process and technical governance for EMEA wide initiatives in the area of SAP FI.
This role is accountable for the following activities:
Functional Knowledge and Expertise:
Functional accountability and ownership for defined EMEA SAP FI functional areas including end to end support, continuous improvement and project delivery;
Operate across IS and the business to drive the delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise as needed across the EMEA region;
Provide process ownership on an ongoing basis to the support function EMEA wide to ensure system integrity and design is upheld and changes verified – ensure any changes are in line with the Kraft value of ‘keep it simple’;
Troubleshooting and implementing solutions to complex requirements, including full ownership of banking communication with SAP;
Support development of application technology roadmaps and project agenda to best enable longevity and performance of systems architecture and deliver key business drivers;
Ensure adherence of any changes to IS standard and compliance criteria.
Reasonable standard of Finance functional knowledge specifically SAP FI and submodules, with associated SAP accreditations (preferred);
2+ years experience in a Business Analyst role in FMCG environment - nice to have;
Business analysis skills;
Technical and functional excellence in SAP and SAP FI;
SAP FI systems configuration background;
Good overall IS skills in project management, data modeling, service management (ITIL);
Application design / asrchitecture;
Effectively work within large and / or remote teams within matrix organisations;
Effectively work in multicultural environment;
Deal with confrontation and ambiguity;
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationship with clients on different levels of the organization.
