The laboratory researcher will have the relevant experience within testing of molded articles and international, relevant national and application related standards and methods. He will contribute to the Borouge technical service and innovation process by being the testing expert of molded articles. He will operate the equipment, draw conclusion and write reports and scientific articles as a part the technical service / innovation process.
The laboratory researcher for molded articles need to have deep knowledge to polymer chemistry/material science within PE and PP and more general knowledge of other plastic materials for the same application. Knowledge about the polymer converting techniques, in particular injection and blow moulding is important.
He needs to have very good statistical knowledge that can be used for result evaluation.
Specify minimum acceptable qualifications, experiences and skills:
1. Minimum Educational qualifications: MSc or PhD in Polymer chemistry / Material science
2. Minimum years of relevant experience: 5 years laboratory work / testing of moulded articles.
3. Technology know-how (systems, machinery, equipment, etc.): PP and PE polymer knowledge. Relevant testing and application standards, Statistic, Softwares
4. Supervisory skills: Team player
5. Other ‘must-have’ skills / competencies: Innovative and creative
