The laboratory researcher will have relevant experience within pipe testing and the ISO standard system supporting the pipe applications and pipe development. He will contribute to the Borouge technical service and innovation process by being the testing expert in pipe material and pipe application development projects. He will operate the equipment, draw conclusion and write reports and scientific articles as a part the innovation process.
The laboratory researcher need to have deep knowledge to polymer chemistry / material science within PE and PP and more general knowledge of other plastic materials for pipe application. Knowledge about the polymer converting techniques, in particular pipes, is important.
He needs to have very good statistical knowledge that can be used for result evaluation.
Specify minimum acceptable qualifications, experiences and skills:
1. Minimum Educational qualifications: MSc or PhD in Polymer chemistry / Material science
2. Minimum years of relevant experience: 5 years in laboratory work / pipe testing and pipe application
3. Technology know-how (systems, machinery, equipment, etc.): PP and PE polymer knowledge. Pipe testing equipment. ISO pipe standardization, Statistic, Softwares
4. Supervisory skills: Team player
5. Other ‘must-have’ skills / competencies: Innovative and creative
