Identify prospective manufacturers / suppliers for the purchase of machinery, equipment , materials and spare parts required by domestic orders issued by the applicant;
Manage the relation with the applicant and the purchase order approvers to resolve details concerning -specifications, quantities, price, quantity, lead-time and descriptions
Plan the procurement operations;
Prepare and calls for proposals;
Send offer requests;
Forward offers from suppliers for technical approval by the applicant;
Analyze the suppliers’ offers according to the commercial point of view (price, delivery date and payment type);
Transmit the order to the supplier and follow up the orders until goods receipt;
Negotiate and administer contracts;
Keep the track on contracts;
Maintain properly organized records, files and reports for efficient, complete, timely and accurate referencing, as required by purchasing procedures.
Ensure the compliance of the terms and conditions with orders;
Clarify with supplier any possible/ occurred non conformities (quantity and/or quality);
Track and control excess and obsolete stock, provide and coordinate actions plans
Maintains all the supplier schedules in EXACT GLOBE
Update and process price, supplier contact information and delivery changes on the ERP database for all assigned items.
Lead and coordinate the subordinate staff for the maintaining company policies and procedures
Education: Technical University Degree;
Strong skills in spoken and written English;
Previous experience in a similar position: at least 3 years
Very good knowledge of Purchasing Process;
Very good negotiation abilities
PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
Driving license
Ability for planning and forecast
Possibility to travel between Group location
Skills appreciated:
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems – EXACT GLOBE Advantage
Skills in spoken and written Hungarian and German;
Work experience with financial tools used in international purchasing activities;
Strong attention to detail
General knowledge of commercial and financial legislation necessary to issue contracts;
Strong organizational
