-Represent ING Bank Romania on the local market (authorities, clients, business environment);
-Responsible to take all the necessary action in order to achieve the business targets of the branch;
-Responsibility to build and maintain a solid and profitable client portfolio by ensuring high quality services and marketing the full range of banking products and services;
-Responsible for an efficient credit monitoring process at the level of the branch;
-Responsible to ensure staff is well informed about and in compliance with the applicable internal and external rules and regulations;
-Responsible for managing the risks related to the business in the Branch;
-Manage people-related issues - planning and organising resources; recruit and select new staff; coach and train staff; set up performance objectives, monitor and evaluate performance; identify and develop key people – in order to ensure that the key responsibilities and day-to-day business objectives are fully met.
-Economics University degree;
-Relevant banking experience - 3 years experience in a client - related position;
-Strong commercial skills, results oriented and problem solver;
-Risk awareness and business awareness;
-Good knowledge and understanding of the business and local market
-Solid financial analysis skills;
-Prior experience in people management;
-Very good verbal & written English skills.
