Duties & Responsibilities:
• He will be responsible to create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs in the most economical ways and make the best use of time.
• Review and able to understand the plans and drawings and supervise the work progress at site.
• He will be responsible for preparing schedules, controlling work progress to timely delivery the projects.
• Prepare status reports to successfully manage the projects, such as monthly progress analysis / schedules and control billing and payments to contractors.
• Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., accidents, delays, change orders).
Education:
• University degree in the field of Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer knowledge office, Autocad, Project.
Skills:
• Minimum 5 years experience in major company in the Oil&Gas sector.
• Ability to estimate maintenance works using unit rates frame contract.
• Able to lead a team of designers, 2D/3D draftsman and give directions.
• Ability to identify and give contract for the maintenance of existing facilties in a most cost effective manner.
