RESPONSABILITATI

• Undertake HR administration in accordance with employee related legislation and internal policies and procedures (including starters, leavers, holidays, sickness, induction, maternity, paternity etc)
• Maintain complete and accurate HR files and HR database in line with Company policy
• Assist with the coordination and administration of the social activities calendar of events
• Contribute to HR projects
• Assist in the preparation of all recruitment administration accurately including dealing with recruitment queries to the satisfaction of the candidate and line managers


CERINTE

• Has a an understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Word and Excel
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in an organised manner, juggling multiple priorities
• Team player
• Builds good relationships
• Practical, hands on and results driven approach
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to maintain confidential information in a professional manner
