TjobsRecruit extends its business development team by hiring an International Recruitment Sales Manager. The main job role will be to promote our recruitment services in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- promoting the company's recruitment services in European countries;
- establishing, preparing and participating to face to face meetings with potential clients;
- contracting new clients and retaining the existing ones;
- performing follow-up on the existing contracts;
- building a strong relationship with the recruitment department and providing it with clear information and job specification.
- University degree;
- extensive experience in B2B selling - at least 3 years;
- fluent English;
- availability to travel - at least 75% of working time;
- both autonomy and team spirit;
- clear and structured way of communication.
