2nd level support - Client Administration Timisoara , West Romania Your Functions You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administers the company's business divisions. Here you will be part of our Global IT support team. As 2nd level support for client standardization your main objective will be to define and maintain client management software on clients (e.g. remote control tools, Antivirusscanner,..) and analyze any reports associated with this. You develop logon scripts as well as client scripts for rollout of client settings and model processes for standard client handlings. A direct interface to the internal business customers for requirements and to our testcenter for approval processes will also be part of this position. Your Competence In order to be successful in this position you must have a University degree in IT field. You need to have very good knowledge in basic settings on computer hardware and installations for different software (e.g. Windows XP/7, office, Adobe software, JAVA, Internet explorer). Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in German will be a plus. |
