To complete our team based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for an Account Executive.
The Account Executive's goal is to support sales staff by managing multiple online assignments for marketing research and consulting clients by establishing a relationship with them and becoming and expert in understanfing their research needs.
Your responsibilities as a Account Executive will be:
- support new and existing businesses;
- provide administrative sales support to outbound sales people;
- support the development and maintenance of client relationships across sales territories;
- provide smooth transitions to Client Services on projects sold;
- smoothly transition clients to appropriate Client Service team memeber after projects are sold;
- educate potential clients about online Marketing Research and Toluna;
- keep a pulse of the project’s progress and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and maintain and repeat business
- assist in uncover new business opportunities;
- ensure all business administrative tasks are completed.
- university degree, preferably Business/Economy or Marketing, with an interest in Market Research;
- demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
- excellent customer service skills and effective time management abilities
- resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity and versatility;
- accuracy and attention to detail;
- excellent communications skills in English (oral and written)
- demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask with various projects;
- good knowledge of MS Excel required.
