Planning the activities and resources related to each project;
Preparing technical documentation, monitor progress and compile reports in project status;
Managing projects regarding execution deadlines;
Checking the works on site based on execution plans;
Preparing and making orders of materials and necessary amounts;
Verification of project execution bill of expenses;
Checking the quality of work performed by subcontractors and their qualitative and quantitative reception;
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, including health and safety.
Scheduling Base Line, Progress Tracking, Organizing Activities, Developing Bar Chart, and Identifying Critical Path.
Supervision of Concrete Works, Rebar Fixing, involved in QA/QC activities, Conducting Testing of Concrete.
Knowledge:
Bachelor degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering;
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
Good knowledge of related legislation;
Knowledge of using topographic and construction surveying tools
Responsible in regards with respecting deadlines (internal/external);
Certified site supervisor;
Very good command of English.
