RESPONSABILITATI

Respond to panelist e-mails, resolve panelist problems and escalate any issues to the appropriate internal personnel and teams;
Perform user testing of panel websites and report findings to appropriate persons;
Perform and coordinate fraud checks within our panels;


CERINTE

You have graduated from University (preferably with focus on linguistics and literature or graduates with proficient language skills;) or you already have work experience in the market research environment.
Mandatory excellent level of English and Italian (spoken and written);
Competence in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer applications;
A proactive approach to problem resolution;
Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
