You will be accountable for day-to-day tasks and quarterly activities related to the client’s Sales Incentive Plan, conducted on annual basis. Adherence to Accenture methodology and client policy is part of these day-to-day activities.
- Perform quarterly activities on Sales Incentive Calculations and Incentive payouts according to business calendar;
- Perform ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders on a professional, accurate level within agreed deadlines;
- Process inflow of queries within the agreed timeframe;
- Keep a professional and courteous behavior to client stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Good client handling skills;
- Good communication skills, both written and oral;
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;
- Self motivated, positive attitude and approach;
- Professional approach and comfortable dealing with clients;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
