Adecco Resurse Umane for its client, a multinational company, is looking for a Customer Responsible .
Scope of the job:
Coordinating the shipment planning, receiving of Customer Schedules, changing of material, Production planning of finished goods tasks according to actual rules and processes.
Requirements:
- Creativity, ability to Problem solving, accurate performance, team Work,
- Experience in Automotive branch (not a must),
- Experience in Transportation - Import/Export and customs processes(not a must),
- Experience in Production planning (not a must)
- ability for leadership and usage of SAP R3 System.
Specification of Job:
High School or equivalent degree, or more years experience on similar field.
Listing of tasks:
- To manage everyday tasks at Customer Relations according to internal processes.
- Creating pre-defined reports for his/her superior.
- Create short range and long range forecasts according to Customer Schedules.
- Invoicing delivered goods to customers
- Maintaining consistency of Masterdata in SAP.
- Planning of production on finished goods related to their responsibility.
- To keep areas under his/her responsibility clean and tidy at all times
Method of Work:
To proceed in accordance of the Procedures and in compliance with the customs, financial and trading regulations.
Liability
- Employee is responsible to fulfill it’s workload regularly, according to process descriptions and in a quality manner.
- Responsible for order in it’s area.
- Responsible to have accurate registers and complying Data.
- Responsible to fulfill all customer Schedules on time and in full.
- Responsible to optimize tasks related to Customer Relations and Production Planning.
