RESPONSABILITATI

Direct sales responsible:
- checking the customer orders;
- following the packaging requirements, ensure packaging trials and optimization as requested by the customer;
- managing the returnable containers (ordering, inventory, in & out bookings on the customer portal);
- preparing work instructions for all articles/customers that we directly deliver;
- preparing all the documents for the delivery: delivery note, invoice, advisement to the forwarding company, transport order, CMR and barcode labels according to the customer requirements;
- maintaining the direct contact with the customer, including with regard to the proof of delivery process;
- controlling the finished goods stock including safety stocks were needed, slow and/or non-movers.


CERINTE

Academic degree (Business Studies, Economics Science, Economics, Engineering);
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
Advanced knowledge of English language;
Intermediate knowledge of German or French language;
Advanced knowledge of Office Software;
SAP knowledge;
Project management skills;
Customer and quality orientation;
Problem solving abilities;
Clear and open communication.
