Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for its client, the well know coffee Brand, for a Field Supervisor for Timis & Caras Severin counties.
Field Supervisor
The Field Supervisor is accountable to manage his/her team to reach the growth goals of the company and offer high level services to the customers according to company’s standards. He/she is also responsible for the training and development of the direct reports.
Job profile:
• Reach the growth goals of the company by managing the stores in the area;
• Manage, train and develop direct reports;
• Obtain and preserve a high level of the services offered to the customers according to the company’s standards;
• Ensure distribution of products, a maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques to stimulate customer/consumer’s demand;
• Implement and maintain “perfect store” concept in the designated stores.
• Excellent people management skills;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
• Very good communication skills to provide complex information in persuasive and impactful presentations;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Good PC knowledge – Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Driving licence: at least 2 years old with no major incidents;
• Based in one of the requested counties
