- Create, maintain and communicate work instructions regarding how and when to use project management systems and processes
- Mentor & support Regional PMOs on Project Management processes pertaining to data quality, project management reporting and associated systems (P91)
- Execute and analyze global reports to identify trends and develop recommendations for improvements
- Communicate best practices and process improvements
- Develop solutions for Regional PMOs in cases of system errors and inconsistencies
- Understand document control procedures and drive corporate standards
- Maintain regular communication with Sales Controlling for seamless data transfers within SAP systems
- Gain understanding of division's Product Development Process (PDP)
- Gatekeeper of user access to P91
- Lobby division system needs to PLM/ IT Network while taking strong consideration to common platforms and system landscapes
- Develop blueprints (in PowerPoint) to IT/ PLM group and drive implementation
- Conduct regular meetings with regions to understand how to improve BU2 reporting and systems and provide strong support for technical issues
- Transfer manual reports to SAP or other software as requested
- Create improvement requests to PLM inbox
- Maintain BU2 PMO Intranet site
- Collect input from Head of Global PMO, Regional PMOs, Sales Controlling, PLM/ IT and other partners to formulate monthly Global PMO Newsletter
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT preferred
- Minimum 5 years work experience with SAP related to Project Management
- Strong skillset of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
- Strong team management and organization skills to bring teams to common solution
- Ability to proactively build global network within company
- Strong initiative and the ability to work well in a global team environment
- Proven leadership and facilitation experience in driving initiatives to successful outcomes
- Must be self-motivated, well organized, results oriented and have good oral and written communication skills
