The hired people will provide technical assistance to users of all Virtual Banking services for web and mobile channels. In particular, the candidate will:
- Provide phone customer assistance in the execution of payment transactions, such as bank transfers, direct debits, payment of bills
- Provide assistance in security profiles configuration
The ideal candidate should be:
- computer and smartphone savvy and be familiar with all Internet browsers;
- fluent in Italian language (B2) and have at least an intermediate knowledge of English (B1)
As regards personal and professional attitudes, we expect the candidates to have:
- willingness to travel to Italy
- strong willingness to improve Italian language knowledge
- fast learning
- multitasking ability
- patience, politeness and listening skills
