Performing translations from Dutch into English and / or Romanian and viceversa (translations may be technical documentations, working instructions, procedures etc. related to the TELECOM field)
Assuring the flow of communication between the representatives of the Dutch customer and the member of the TS&FE team (both oral and written communication through phone calls, e-mails etc.)
Offering support to the members of TS&FE team in tasks related to the Dutch project such as keeping track of specific data, handling various paperwork related to the project etc.
University degree (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or other technical profile would be a plus)
Dutch skills in written & oral communication are mandatory (at least intermediate level)
Advanced English communication skills
PC skills: mastering Microsoft Office tools
Experience in the working field would be a plus
Experience in customer service delivery will be a plus
Ability to work both individually and in teams
Ability to work with strict procedures and deadlines
Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to a new operation
Analytical mind, structured and logical thinking
Critical thinking in order to suggest improvements for better conduct of the operation (time / quality)
