• Manages the Human Resources Team;
• Maintains management guidelines by elaborating, preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
• Develops guidelines advising department managers of Company policy regarding employment opportunities, compensation, and benefits;
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs, by bringing contributions to processes, workflows and performance management;
• Identifies legal requirements and regulations impacting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance with current legislation;
• Maintains personnel files up-to-date and assures all necessary documents for each file;
• Involves in and keeps records of benefits plans, personnel transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations), and employee statistics;
• Gathers and analyzes technical information and requirements, based upon he/she seeks and identifies the best candidates who are most suited for Company’s need and profile;
• Conducts and monitors the recruitment process throughout all stages: analyzes the desired profile, defines job openings, recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions;
• Constantly updates job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals;
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager, able and willing to accomplish all HR disciplines, with a high focus on overseeing the recruitment and selection processes, and capable of providing solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.
Job Requirements:
• University Degree;
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation;
• Strong communication skills & decision-making capabilities;
• Both analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Integrity and commitment;
• Fluency in English.
