HR Organizational Analyst Giarmata , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // Your will be responsible for ensuring that our innovative products are legally protected and also for ensuring that no third party intellectual property rights are violated. Your duties are challenging and varied.  Here you will be part of the Global Services HR Team and your role is to monitor, apply and report all organizational changes in order that all business flows will be updated accordingly and in a timely manner. You will offer support in job evaluation process and assessment of headcount needs. You will be responsible for updating of actual job descriptions, for controlling measures and implementation, in order to have all organization aligned according to actual status of the business.  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // Your profile is as varied as your new duties. You need to have a University Degree, minimum 3 years experience in multinational business environment and process management experience. You need to be well organized, logical thinker, proactive and with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point) is required and SAP or other HR ERP system represents an advantage. A good command and English is mandatory, good command of German represent an advantage.
