HR Specialist - Payroll & Administration Support - German team Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

Your tasks: Your will be responsible for ensuring that our innovative products are legally protected and also for ensuring that no third party intellectual property rights are violated. Your duties are challenging and varied. Here you will be part of the German payroll team and you will represent the first contact to all employees from Hella Germany, regarding payroll related questions. You will offer payroll support for the Hella Germany pensioners (approx. 4.500) and you will have continually recurring activities (e. g. life certificate pensioner, tax statement, etc.). You need to update the employees data that are currently maintained by German colleagues (bank, address, name, etc.) in SAP-HR system. You will also scan documents. Furthermore you will prepare different certificates for the German employees.

Your qualifications: Your profile is as varied as your new duties. You need to have a studies in Economics or Technical field. You need to have the ability to work with numbers and a good command of German (spoken and written).  To be well organized and results oriented. Communication skills required. You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office applications(Excel, Power Point) and represents an advantage SAP-HR (or other HR systems basic knowledge). You need to be available for intensive training on payroll systems in Germany (Visits in Germany for the initial trainings 4-6 weeks.
